Hart Family Insurance Agency ("we", "us") operates hartquote.com and its quote pages. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information you enter in our quote forms (name, phone, email, property address, ZIP, home details such as year built and roof age, current carrier and renewal timing) and information you share by phone. We also collect standard web data such as pages visited, referring ad or search term, device type and IP address, using Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tags and call-tracking software.
To prepare and deliver insurance quotes, to contact you about your request by phone, text or email, to service policies you buy through us, and to measure and improve our advertising. Calls may be recorded for quality and training.
By submitting a form you agree that we may call or text you at the number provided, including with automated dialing or prerecorded messages, about your quote request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on any call.
We share your information with the insurance carrier(s) we quote you with, with service providers that help us run our website, call tracking and lead management (such as Google, Netlify, CallRail and Zapier), and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
